You're right and wrong.

You're right that in that you are only born with a certain number of hair folicles. However, the folicles themselves can grow back with a thicker appearance.

Natural shape of a hair folicle:

Your statement that I am right and wrong is not a fact. I am right and you explained why it may appear to have that result but what I said is still fact. It does not cause it to grow thicker then it was.

Nor can shampooing your hair a lot cause you to lose your hair anymore then what happens naturally. It just aids in the hair that you naturally lose to take place at the moment of you washing your hair.
