Skid pan!

It was absolutely fantastic.

First of all, theory stuff, and why cars skid, how to avoid it and how to control one.

Then out to the cars (which they get for £25 from the market, because they used to get in good cars, but with all of the stuff they do to them, they get properly ####ed anyway, but they drive just like any other car), and I started with controlled braking in skiddy conditions (on a pretty good skid pan) in a Vauxhall Cavalier 1.4. Spend quite a while on that till I've got the art down to a T, then front wheel skids, spend a while on that, then change to a Ford Granada for rear wheel slides (and a couple of great spins).

Superb, lasted for 2 and a half hours, and I'm also a lot safer! Bonus!
