Freezing cold rain for 6 straight hours. Weather definetly played a factor in that game. Also Miakal, they are starting 4 rookies. More than any other team in the NFL. Giddy up. P.S. The Giants DO suck. And Shockey is part of the reason. I have never seen such an overrated juice bag in all my life. 2 TD's last year and he acts like he saved the franchise. He's just a punk.

Rep Power: 42 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Shockey is the reason Toomer, Collins, and Barber all had such great years last year. He is such a receiving threat from a non-WR position, that defenses had to key on him, opening things up for the other giant receivers (which was huge when Ike Hilliard went down in the middle of last season) and the running game. His numbers last year would be average for a wide receiver, but were phenomenal for a tight end, and a rookie at that. This year, he's on pace for 91 catches, 859 yards, and 5 TD's. i'll take that from my tight end anyday also, whos starting 4 rookies, the giants or pats? i lost track of the thread :p

Most of the predictions in here seem to be pretty valid, but then it's the NFL and every team has a chance. You could have called the Vikings unproven before last week, but they went out and beat the Broncos, which is big. On offense they have the biggest O-line in the league to go along with one of the top 3 QB/WR tandems, three solid running backs, and one of the best blocking fullback/tight ends in the NFL. And that's just their offense. They have playermakers on defense, and have looked great. And I despise the Vikings. The Giants are done without Will Allen (it was Allen right?).
