They've made it the past couple years, I'd put my money on the Flames with the longest drought, followed by the Rangers. |

It had to be a team that ended their drought last year or still have a longer drought. Because last year during the playoffs they had a thing showing who has the longest playoff droughts and there was a team with one more year than the Flames. So maybe they were showing how long the drought had been for a team that ended their drought and were comparing it to the other current droughts.  | |

Rep Power: 41 | Well, its a fact that the Flames have the longest drought at 7 years. The record is 9 years held by the Colorado Rockies/New Jersey Devils franchise between 1979-1987. The closest team I can think of that you have in mind, would be the Tampa Bay Lightning, who made the playoffs last year for the first time since 1995-96. |
