| Ive jsut been watching a fascinating programme on tv called 'Mongrel Nation' and its all about how us British people and our customs are nothing more than a collection af all other nations. Our currency was brought here by the Romans (And people are still fighting to keep the 'Great British Pound' rather than adopting the Euro) Our 'Traditional British Sunday Dinner' was brought here by the italians. Our business practices, merchandising and banking systems were brought in by illegal immigrants. Our english language is a decendant of German Our 'ODEON' Cinemas that chain the nation was brought in by Jews. The long standing rivalvry between Northerners and Southerners was initiated by two clans of Vikings that controlled the north and the south. Our Royal Family descends from Germans and the worst thing is.. the show isnt a one off.. its going to be on for a few more weeks.. so god knows what else the hated illegal immigrants have done for our country. Come to think about it.. theres nothing 'British' about us at all. What have other nations contributed to modern America? this would be interesting to hear. | ||||||||||||||

| Everything except for tobacco and crazy last names (eg. runs like a pig) were brought from immigrants. When you go back as far as you have when looking at British culture, then we're all immigrants. | ||||||||||||||
