Rep Power: 8 ![]() | I would have to say they will win. They have the crazy fans with them and it's unlikely they will lose 3 games in a row. The A's have also never advanced to the second round in the past 3 years that they've made the playoff. I'm not a fan of baseball so I'm just going on that. |

Rep Power: 9 ![]() | A's all they way! This is the year. The first game of this series was the best baseball game I have ever seen, and it must have been horribly demorilizing for the Sox to lose. The Red Sox might pick up one or two of the games in Boston, but if they're gonna win it, they're gonna have to come back to Oak-town to do it, and I don't like their chances. When Byun-yung Kim is your closer, you're not going anywhere. |

Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Mark Mulder is expected back soon. If he comes back anywhere near as good as he was during the regular season, the A's are going all the way. Hudson/Mulder/Zito/Lilly (who has been really hot lately) with Harden/Bradford/Foulke out of the pen. Forget about it. You can't win if you don't score any runs. The Yankees rotation would be great if this were 1997, but Wells and Clemens, and even Petite to a degree, aren't the pitchers they were then. |
