Oh god that would explain it. I see a ton of bums in this park right of exit 24 on the pike by south station. they got the life they just chill there all day and drink.

Oh I know there is a ton down there by downtown crossing. There's alot near park street too. when i was working down there all they would do is ask me for money and id ignore em.
