Everyday I do push ups and sit ups. As far as the rest of my habits go I lift weights every other day and the days I don't work out I try to run a mile and a half to three miles a day.
The Cold Weather really hasn't slowed me down and, as a matter of fact I love running in cold air over hot air anyday.
I'm fat so obviously my current plan isn't working but I do curls/shoulder shrugs/etc. with 25 lb dumbells daily and try to get in sit ups, but that's pretty much it excluding anything that is done like working or screwing around with friends. I need cardio to actually lose weight though.. and stop eating these delicious cheesy poofs.

I've been on a diet since July. Hurt my leg in September and was forced to stop working out for a while. Since then my habits haven't been as great as I would have liked, but I'm getting back on the track. In December I'm going to get a camera and take a picture(s) of myself every day to see how I progress.
I work out at my condo's gym. I wish it had some machines for my legs, but their selection is overall satisfying and there's other workouts I can do if I want to focus on my legs. My routine is stretching, 10-15 minutes on the treadmill, x number of reps in weight lifting, various aerobics, 10-15 minutes on the bike, and a cool down. Occasionally I'll use the elliptical but the machine they have is a piece of shit.
Me running in public would be considered an obscenity, so until I lose some more weight I'm going to refrain from doing that (though I really want to run some of the trails we have).
