Christmas is pretty much something that you either like or you don't.
Christmas decorations, cards, trees and even shopping are aspects into the love or hate of the holiday. I personally hate Christmas and have done since I was about 12. These days I hate it even more with having to work late while having chistmas music playing in the shop.
Last year I was stuck in bed all over Christmas with flu which didn't help the cause. I don't know it makes me seem like a right grumpy bastard but I just don't like Christmas.
So what are your opinions on Christmas?

Used to love it as a kid of course. Now, I still like it, but not as much as I did, as the magic has gone and such. I don't see what's not to like about presents, food etc though.

I have a Sunday dinner every week so the only change to the plate would be the chicken/beef/whatever changing to Turkey, so that isn't really an incentive.
The presents are a good part of Christmas but before now I would be waiting for thing all year and now I have money, I basically buy what I want when I want anyway.

Its better for me now as i have a niece and nephew so its pretty much all for them and seeing them enjoying it.

I still tend to love it more than hate it. When I was doing my masters, it was brutal, as I was too busy working. I wanted to do my project or take a day off. Instead, I had to spend time with family.
But for the most part, now that I have free time, it is good
I love the weather, I love the snow, I love New Years Eve, I hate Christmas. I'm a grinch. I really cannot stand the sight of everyone being all happy. The Christmas lights piss me off, too. People go bonkers and put shit all over their yards and their houses. Seriously, chill out. They pay all of this money and spend all of this time doing it and then they take it down a month later. (No offense to anyone) I also can't go to a store in the month of December without lines and lines of people at the cash registers. I'm incredibly impatient, so waiting isn't for me. The day of Christmas I'm usually excited, though. I love my family and we rarely spend time together as it is, so Christmas day is a day of laughter and love, which is what Christmas is REALLY about. /cheesiness.

The time spent with family, the food, and the gifts are cool. I get into the spirit, but not to the point of knitting sweaters with reindeer on them. It's probably my favorite holiday just because of the fun. And plus it's the only time a year that I can get a good two week break from school, so I love it.

I love everything about the Holidays with the exception of people putting Christmas lights up in OCTOBER. Everything else is great, it's one of the happiest times of the year for me and my family. I love the music and the decorations, hot cocoa and Christmas trees, tons of snow for some football games, and so on. Even the bad thing such as people's greed is still worth it because likely a bunch of people will die getting trampled on just so people can get their hands on a Tickle-Me-Elmo doll which is hi-lar-i-ous.

The pros of Christmas: You'll be with your family, eating a good cooked dinner. You'll still receive small gifts from your family members, friends, maybe your boss, but not the gifts you've gotten as a little kid.
The cons of Christmas: Christmas shopping, trying hard to find the right gift for your child, your parents, your siblings, even your friends. That's what sucks lol.
