I'm not that kind of guy who goes out and parties and drinks himself dead. Im not a guy who listens to Bob Marley all day and smokes himself away. I was kind of, just not giving a shit. I wanted, at one point, to start smoking and shit, and doing a lot of drugs with my good friends. I saw all of them, and how they had so many more friends than I did, and they were so calm, compared to me. It seemed like a quick and easy way to get friends and connections. I was going to get high with my friend one day, and something came up, and plans got ruined. I was disappointed I didn't get the opprtunity fulfilled.
I then went home and thought about the day. I did nothing, got nothing done. It was a nothing day. Maybe becoming that kid who has a lot of friends was nothing?
I'm just saying that I'm gonna try and do an entire lifestyle change. Im usually this kid you see as always hyper in school and always getting false smiles at. I'm trying out volunteering and I'm actually going to school events.
Any help on how I can change my persona as a whole?

Hmmm.... Personally, I would say that drugs aren't really needed to do that. Because, it might be something you regret in the long run. The think volunteering and going to school events is a good way to get the ball rolling. It's always good to "get out" with other people, mingle, and try to make friends/connections that way. Then, if you do make new friends, you can be sure that it's because of you - and you alone - and not the drugs/alcohol.
Just my two cents.

They say the drug crowds are the easiest to get in. Because all you have to do is well...do drugs and you're excepted, which is why a lot of kids in highschool start doing it, because it's the easy way. From what I understand, you want to get into drugs? Or...

It's much harder but better to say no and make your own life choices because its what you want to do not what you think other people want you to do mate. Be yourself first and foremost.
At the end of the day these are your decisions, I have had people offer me drugs and I've always said no because its not what I want too. If your going to do it just make sure its what you want.

Here's a poem that I think is relevant here and I just thought I would share it.
When you get what you want in your struggle for self
And the world makes you king for a day,
Just go to the mirror and look at yourself
And see what that man has to say.
For it isn’t your father or mother or wife
Whose judgment upon you must pass.
The fellow whose verdict counts most in you life
Is the one staring back from the glass.
You may be like Jack Horner and chisel a plum
And think you’re a wonderful guy.
But the man in the glass says you’re only a bum
If you can’t look him straight in the eye.
He’s the fellow to please-never mind all the rest,
For he’s with you clear to the end.
And you’ve passed your most dangerous, difficult test
If the man in the glass is your friend.
You may fool the whole world down the pathway of years
And get pats on the back as you pass.
But your final reward will be heartache and tears
If you’ve cheated the man in the glass.

That poem is amazing. *repped*
And yeah, I've never understood people who pretend to be someone else and pretend to enjoy things they actually don't. I hate the way some people who give advice about women basically tell you to change who you are, for example. If somebody is accepting you for something you're not, then what's the point of that?
