This is just a follow on from the living close to celebrities thread. The question is exactly what it says in the title, who is the most famous person you have ever met.
Whether you saw them in a store and asked them for an autograph or just generally wandered up and started talking to them share with us who they are and tell us your experience of meeting them what they were like etc.
I've met a few footballers (Van Nistelrooy, Van Persie, Danny McGrain, etc) and a few local actors River City etc... but I work in a theatre and two pretty famous people have come in when I have been working, Alan Cumming from X-Men he wasn't that friendly and just simple things like the show is about to begin again he wouldn't even turn round to acknowledge that I had said it to him.
Second is in my opinion the most famous, Kim Cattrall from Sex in the City walked in and I had to get confirmation from female co-workers to confirm who had just walked in, I got her autograph for my girlfriend (who in the space of 2 mins of me giving it to her gave it away to her sister) she was very nice and had no problem signing it for me.
So who is the most famous person you have bumped into?

I done a search and could only find one topic the same as it and it was created in 2004, if I am wrong feel free to delete it.
Just remembered I met Sir Alex Ferguson, I held his wine while he signed my ticket. My brother was asking him tips to run a 5 a side team To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

I've met several famous people, well, not too famous, but celebrities nonetheless.
Ranking Roger from legendary 2 Tone ska band, The beat about a month and a half ago. It was after the gig, we were in the bar having a pint with him, got my picture took and all that, but its pretty bad quality as the guy that took it was pissed up, lol.

I've also had a pint with Steve Arnold, also known as Ashley Peacock from Coronation street, he is a good friend of our old neighbour, and he popped round once and had a pint.

And when there is no hope,
"I'll smoke some crack, I'll shoot some dope!"
When theres no enemies,
"I sit and stare at my T.V.
and in my ignorance,
I'll be a slave and sycophant!"
