^That's a very good point. I also think that North Korea has just been waiting for the United States to attack first.
I know this is off topic but, I wonder if N. Korea has became more outspoken because they are being backed by someone else (China Maybe?).
As for his cancer it couldn't have happened to a nicer person.

China has been talking tough about them too.
They consider them a threat with nuclear weapons within striking distance of them.
