Right now until the kid is born we get no government help. I know there are people worse off than me when it comes to money, so I can't bitch to much about that, it's just everything piling up all at once that hit me.
She will get a medical card for the kid being born and not have to pay anything, but everything up to that point is on us. She has insurance but her insurance sucks ass. And yea she has applied for WIC already but like Beaker said, it won't happen til after the kid is born. The unemployment insurance is outrageous to. I have checked into badger care and cobra care and for just me a month it is like $380. It's bullshit.
