Sleeping patterns

Well now that I have no college for something like 10 weeks I know that my sleeping pattern is going to be really fucked up, I usually don't go to bed until early hours anyway, like 1-2am on weekdays but when I have nothing to get up for the next day my sleeping patten does get ridiculous.

Like yesterday, I have only just finished but I didn't go to bed until 5am and then get up out of bed at like 3pm in the afternoon which is a kinda messed up time to get if there is no reason for it.

Re: Sleeping patterns

I've recently concluded that both sleep and time are lies made up by the government in an attempt to keep us docile whilst they steal more of our money and ruin the planet. As a result I've decided that sleep and time will no longer be an integral part of my life.

Re: Sleeping patterns

My sleep pattern is pretty bad to be honest ... I go to bed at around 1am and get up for work at 5am, Then I return from work and sleep from 3pm till 5pm. This is a daily routine.. but on my days off I go to bed at around 2am and get up at like 12pm.

Re: Sleeping patterns

My sleeping pattern is terrible. I don't have school til September, so I go to bed at sometimes 4/5am and then wake up at 6pm. It's crazy. Sometimes I go to sleep at 9am, and wake up at 7pm, yeah, it's not good. I'm trying to fix it but obviously it's hard. I'm usually up on my PS3, or watchin films, so I hate going to bed, it's only when I get tired I start appreciate sleep. It just really messes up your body clock, I actually read somewhere that bad sleeping patterns affect you later on in life, not sure if it's true, but i'm doing my best to sort it out.

Re: Sleeping patterns

I just got my sleeping pattern back on track. I'm going to bed around 1/2am and waking up about 9/10. I'm so proud of myself.

I did the same today. Went to bed at 5am last night and got up at 3. Ridiculous.

Re: Sleeping patterns

During school, usually go to bed at midnight and wake up at 6:30. During the holidays it's 2-3 am and 11am-12 pm. Wonderful.

Re: Sleeping patterns

I'm usually in bed really late and up early. I'm usually around 3-4 in the morning going to bed and up at 6 in the morning. Sleep sucks.

Re: Sleeping patterns

I either work at 630am or in the after noon at like 2 or 4, so I can't keep a regular sleep pattern. So I sleep fucked up. I either get 8 to 13 hours a night, or as low as 5 hours. On my days off, I can't seem to drag myself out of bed, and lately I get one day off a week. This week I work Sunday to Saturday, and haven't had a day off since last monday
