During the school term my sleeping patterns are pretty good. Go to bed around 11/12 & wake up around 6/7. Now that College is over till september for me though i know that my sleeping patterns are going to be fucked up. Pretty much happened last year where i was going bed at like 3/4 every day & then waking up around 12. This year isn't to bad i guess. Get to sleep around 1/2 & wake up about 8/9.

I just started running before work, so my sleeping schedule is usually wake up at 6AM. I take a short nap after work, from like 7-8. Then I hit the bar, watch tv, or beat off from like 8 - 12, at which point I go to bed.
I'm working mornings three days, and afternoons two days.. it's not so bad. On Sat and Sunday I'm sometimes awake earlier than I will be when I have work at like 2. it's fucked up.
Mine isn't too bad these days. I used to be a night owl, but not so much anymore.
Usually I will go to bed at about 11 - 12, and wake up between 7 or 8am. If I have a day off from work during the week, or at weekends and there is a baseball game that I want to watch then I'll stay up and watch that till about 3am and then get up at 11am.
Unless i have to get up in the morning, i generally dont go to bed until 3 or 4 in the morning. That changes when school rolls around, but during the summer im pretty much up until the sun starts coming up.
I've recently concluded that both sleep and time are lies made up by the government in an attempt to keep us docile whilst they steal more of our money and ruin the planet. As a result I've decided that sleep and time will no longer be an integral part of my life.
lawl, even though the less sleep you get the more unstable your mind is and without sleep entirely you can go crazy because your body isn't producing natural levels of DMT at night to help you process information while you sleep.
When I have class, my sleeping pattern is pretty bad because I have mild insomnia so it takes me to about 3 or 4 AM to be tired enough to fall asleep. At the moment, I get to sleep in later so it's pretty good.
