You were right to expect it, there are quite a few people here that okay I wouldn't say hate America, but like the fact that they live anywhere but there.

What I like about America? I'll tell you what I like about it:
- Freedom. America's freer than any country in the World. You got a right to free speech, a right to choose what job you want, and you got the freedom to do what you want in this country.
- Military. We got the strongest military that makes their sacrifices each day to protect this great nation.
- Sports. I enjoy a variety of sports here: baseball, basketball & football.
What I don't like about the country overall, is the political parties, Barack Obama, and the celebrity culture.

There isn't really much to like about America anymore to be quite honest.

Well.....you don't have the right to keep and bear arms.....so that is one freedom we have that you don't. At least for now.

But at the same time, here you can drink from a younger age. It's not really more free at all, its just something Americans like to say.
You have a point.
But at the time when America was founded, people fled England because they didn't have enough freedoms.
Things has changed since then but America will always be known for "freedom" because of that.

I'm assuming you mean ''strongest'' as in best, in which case I have to disagree. The British army is superior. Not trying to turn this into a Britain vs. Amurkah thread, just saying. >_>
Oh yeah, like Tom, I also don't see how America is more free than countries like Britain, etc.
