IC. I don't know anything about West Virginia. I figured it would be like going into the 1800's travelling into those states around there.
If you stay near the Interstates or bigger roads, it is probably not that different from anywhere else you have been. It is not even close to being as bad as the stereotypes would lead some to believe.
But if you get into the back roads, you will see some stuff that you have never saw before in your life. I was driving in this really rural area around here one time and I saw someone driving a car that had not hood, fenders, doors, or a windshield. That was pretty strange. But that only represents a miniscule percentage of West Virginia.
