This is a discussion on Encounters with Cops within the General Discussion forums, part of the Non Wrestling Forums category; Underage drinking and downloading music are probably about the only things I've done....

Basically what's the furtherst you have gone, and actually been caught, in going against the law. And what was your penalty for it? Have you been to prison? Given a verbal warning? paid a fine? got points on your lisence? etc. Or are you so good you've never been caught breaking the law?
Discuss.
tbh
Personally, the highest I've got is a £20 fine for having a child's bus ticket when I'm an adult. That's probably the furthest I've gone with the police. Obviously I've commited several other crimes, but that's the only time I recall getting caught.
Hey, people get caught for that shit now. I'm treading a fine line. The FBI could fly all the way over, bust down the door and arrest me for keeping my money from artists.
And of course stealing stuff like chocolate bars, chips and that from the service station where we catch the train. Haven't done that in a couple of years though.

I was in a games store when I was 5 or 6 with my Dad, and I saw a shelf of Magazines, and I picked four or five out and put them in my sisters pram. They where expensive magazines, you know the ones with demo games? I thought they where the 'They're free so please take one' type, turns out they weren't, luckily I never got caught.

Worst I have ever got was wreckless driving for going 20 mph or more over the speed limit. 5 points off my license.
I would NEVER think of stealing something.

I accidently ran a red light today and got pulled over. I wasn't paying attention because traffic was pretty thick. Thank god I didn't hit anyone and vice versa. Anyway, I didn't get a ticket just a long as speech about how I knew better and that more is expected from me. I won't live that down for a while.
I've never actually been charged with anything and other times I've never been caught with anything on me.
The first time was in 7th grade the day after a kid chucked a 1 liter soda bottle at me and it hit me in the back of the head. I turned around and he dipped out then the next day after summer school he started talking shit on the bus so when we got off I beat his ass and apparently he called the cops and they were looking for me that day. 'But the next day I was called into the office at school and a cop was sitting there waiting for me and started talking a bunch of shit saying he could charge me with assault and blah blah. The other times were situations where we got stopped and the cops didn't find the weed on me but found some on my friends. 'or other instances where my friends beat someone up or my friend called the cops on me for beating him up when he started it. 'and then there is the occasional random stop and search while your walking.
