This is a discussion on Best City in the world? within the General Discussion forums, part of the Non Wrestling Forums category; There will likely be a lot of bias in here for this depending on sports teams and actually living there ...

Well I have not been to many, but although I love Manchester and live there, I am not biased, because I prefer London. There are a few obvious disadvantages such as the cost of living down there, but I visit London for a week or two every summer to see my cousin, and I just love the city. Full of things to do, great bars, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife, landmarks, parks etc.
If I had the choice I'd live there.

I think the "best" city depends on what your needs are personally, ie, the best city for single twenty-somethings might not be the best to raise a family.
Speaking as a young lout, I'd say New York probably offers the most, though I've not yet been to London or Tokyo. Montreal also seemed like an awesome place when I went.
FYI- In terms of standard of living, Zurich is "officially" the best.

Yeah it definitely depends on your situation, but I'd say London has a good mix of everything.

I thought it was Vancouver?

I believe Zurich was tops on the most recent list, and Vancouver had slid down as far as #3. I wouldn't be surprised if Vancouver slips even further in the coming years actually, though who knows what effect the Olympics will have.
Well I have been around much like neXus but not as much, and through all the cities I have been to in my life I prefer Chicago. I just love the city. Next up would definitely have to be LA then Okinawa City. Anchorage wasn't bad for what I seen of it but it's hard to judge a place only spending a day there.
