So I watched a random video and it started buffering like every 3 seconds, after this now every video I watch on Youtube does this, is there anyway I can make it stop!

That usually happens when they are doing maintenance on the site. The same thing is happening for me.

It's probably your connection. Try downloading something, and see the speed of it. I assume you rebooted, and reconnected your modem already. Sometimes that lags. Otherwise you could probably just pause something for a few seconds, and usually it will build enough time and work fine.

Other thing it might be is it could be youtube, they might have too many users on at a certain time.
