You should know that I'm not 100% wrong, I used the term loosely when I just said the Scots hate the English so you have me there that I am slightly wrong, but a percentage of Scottish people do hate us.

Pretty much what Steventon said. I mean yeah it was a mistake. I don't think he meant to degrade you, and in all honesty, I'm not sure he cares about your feuds with other countries either.

True there are some in Scotland who hate the English they are just the same as the idiots in England who hate us "Jocks".
A wee look on the Sun board about the speaker stepping down the main problem doesnt seem to be that he robbed the country blind but he done it and had the terrible crime of being Scottish:

The speaker is a crook but so are many of those calling for his resignation, they blame him for endorsing their crooked expense claims. Staggering hypocrisy by sanyones standards. Oh and one final point, i dont Trust ANY Politicians, not Labour or Torie or Lib Dem. The Queen should disolve Parliament and sack Brown. Then they should all have to apply for the Cushy jobs they once took for granted, if they are found to have been corrupt, sack them with no Huge severance pay. Imagine what would happen to us if we were caught with our fingers in the till? Sacked, disgraced and facing criminal charges thats what happens to ordinary people.
No, I'm fairly sure they wouldn't, a week of jokes and a reference on Have I Got News For You, but other than that the smart people would get over it and not cry over something so minor.
