Thumbs down Account Problems
I have been having issues with my account for about three weeks. My real account is RATED-RKOFRANKLIN and the name was changed to Franklin The Turtle because of a contest. My account information will not work anymore. I have my user name and password saved in my Firefox. The forums system is not accepting my information. I tried using the password recovery just in case I was wrong. I never receive any password recovery emails. I tried four or five times.

The next thing I did was to try to make an account with the email used in my correct account RATED-RKOFRANKLIN to get help by making a thread like this. However I found out my email has been blocked by the admins when I recieved an error message. Why was my email blocked? This is why I was not recieveing any password recovery emails. I am not a banned member. I only have one warning for post a thread about a title match the WWE was advertising and recieved the warn because the advertied match is consdiered a spoiler which does not make sense.

So I tried to send an email to admins with my other email. I recieved notthing from anyone. Why I am getting treated like this? I have done nothing wrong on this forum. This is very disrespectful.

What is your e-mail povider (IE Hotmail, Yahoo etc)? I believe Felix set up something to block the e-mail services that are regularly used by bots and the like. If you happen to use the same server, that could be your problem.

My email provider for my correct account is Google. The account I am using right now is by Yahoo.

Clear your cookies and stuff. This happened to me awhile ago and clearing my cookies, cache and history worked.

I wasn't getting e-mails period, though.
