Oh no another bitch fest!

Seriously I need it back for the pm space. Over the past few weeks I’ve been spending a lot of time with WS, and anytime I get into a discussion with someone via pm, I find myself having to delete my pm box every 5 minutes or so. Therefore I'm going to challenge two of my infractions. I'm doing it here because PMing a staff member is horribly useless. I'm fucked for six months so why not go against policy?

Define flaming or as its labelled “inappropriate language.”

I got two of them, one of which was telling Proxy to fuck off. Now I thought flaming was an insult, its even stated in the rules as insulting another member. Is this forum so PG that the word fuck is too strong of a word for the virgin minded children to see? What about “off?” Maybe “seriously?” Really I can’t understand it, all I did was tell someone to fuck off in a thread where they questioned my musical taste in a thread musical interest that don’t suit your norm. Which is pretty stupid by Proxy in the first place. I in no way insulted him. Hell on WS, DD said worse shit to Internet God when Internet God was talking about slapping his wife upside her head.

The second was a comment I made about Jeff Jarrett’s career being as dead at his wife. I don’t see anything in the rules about talking negatively about the dead. Though I know you guys get pissed when anyone has a negative opinion about some corpse. Speaking of which, even though I feel like sticking a knife in my neck every time I see Jarrett, I’m not dead, and he isn’t dead. Saying his dead wife is dead isn’t an insult to her either, its a proven fact. You stop breating, your ass is dead. Go check a medical book or something! I didn’t make any vulgar statements about his wife, again why is it inappropriate?

If you have no clue what I'm on about, you're the staff, check my infraction list out. I got three in threads that I cant even see. I looked at them and was all "lol wtf did I do in that thread?"

I shouldn't even comment, but I will. The first one, meh. I don't think you should tell someone to fuck off, not sure if that should be an infraction though.

I agree with the staff on the second one though, it was in very poor taste.

Well no offence but I really dont care what you or the staff, based on personal opinion, think. If its not clealy stated in the rules I shouldnt be punished for it. Its complete grabage to think I have to walk on eggshells because someone, somewhere on this planet might be upset because I said someone who is dead, is dead.

As for the first one, I'd accept a warning. "Hey neXus, you might make wittle Proxy cry and power Paulzo's underwater toaster." Considering I didnt flame him, no matter how you define it, an infraction is insane.

The staff don't have a reason to punish people. It may not be fair, but they can do what they want because its their site.

I didn't say you had to care what I think, nor do I care what you think (or anyone else online anyways, no one should care what other people online think).

I would think saying "fuck you" would be flaming, and "fuck off" is just telling someone to lay off.

I agree, in reality they can do whatever they want and there is nothing I can do. However, Communism is not a great ideology, if I say so myself.

I'd say you should get it back since you've helped before as a staff member. If I was admin, I'd give it back but I have like 0 stroke around hur.

Keep in mind, sometimes people receives an infraction due to doing several things. It's just that the post that was infracted was the final straw. I'm sure you've done more than five things that were warn/infraction worthy so I would just be happy with not being banned. You've lost your privileges for a reason. If it means that you need to clean out your PM box a few times a week, then so be it. This thread alone proves that you're not being smart about this. DD has always said just PM the mod in question. Yet, here this thread is and (Correct me if I'm wrong) you've yet to even try PM'ing a staff member when you have an issue. I mean, you're trying to get rid of two infractions by doing something that the rules say not to do? That should really work.

Actually I did pm DD last time I had an issue and he did shit all but apparantly posted it in the staff room for a laugh. Therefore, I see no reason to really give a fuck about these stupid little games that you people call rules.

And with that post, I'll probably be joining Flippy and Steve by the time I wake up.
