As its been pointed out recently, the BTB section has become pretty large. We usually have at least 6-10 active threads going at one time.
I think that we should have a mod dedicated to that section.
I'm not neccasarily suggesting myself, but I'd be willing and free enough to do it. If you could have God invest more time into, that would work too. Just, someone who can can give out input to, since I think the section is large enough to do things with now.

I wouldnt mind haveing someone modded provided they read all or nearly all of the BTB's and reply to them. If they are not willing to do that, then i think we are better off as it is now. A couple of mods read various BTB'ers, i do, and sometimes some of the other S-Mods, so everything is kept in line in that regard. But once again, i would be in favour of someone if they respond to them all to keep them active. I used to do it but that was when i was mod and there were only three or four active BTB's going at any one time.

I read most of them actively. Obviously there are some which I don't like and don't read, but I feel as though I could run that section. I have idea for it.

Honestly, unless somebody is going to actually add something to it there is no point just to assign a mod just for the sake of it. There is hardly any drama/trolling etc in the section as a whole and it almost mods itself I'd assume.
If there were a mod assigned, I'd like to see them possibly do "Guest Booker" type things where once a month WCF would nominate a scenario and then a chosen regular of the BTB section would guest book it. The member could change each month to give everybody a chance. If you've seen guest booker you'd know what I'm talking about. It isn't really show to show booking per say, it's more so saying who you'd use where, what the big angles would be, and dictating the general direction.
Not that stickying really matters since in my experience there are only a few BTB's that end up lasting over a month meaning they are always at the top of the page, but maybe each month one of the mods jobs could be stickying the BTB of whoever is an MVP of the section. Not who has the best BTB, but whoever does their best to read other's BTB's and help them improve.

Things like that, I want to do. I was also thinking of a good way to do a ratings war. I was thinking something like, if you've ever played "The Royal Rumble Game", something like that.
Everyone can vote once a week, and add one point to one of the listed BTB's and minus one point from another. Obviously they can't do either to theres.
Things like what you said, and other particepation threads. I thought like we choose a roster as a group and then once a week a different person writes. Each week the person booking has to feed off of the one who booked last weeks show.
I just want to do a lot with the section. Its pretty big, probably the biggest BTB Section I've been apart of.

I used to do the BTB business and it's pretty fun if you can keep up with it. I'm glad with the growth that it has gotten over the last month or so and I do think that if you did happen to do a Guest Booker type thing here for WC, that I would be honored to take part in such a thing. But seriously, I'm really happy overall with the direction that the BTB's here at WC has been going. If I had to say I'm sure us staff would think about it and probably add another member to the staff for that section. But you'd probably have to ask a more higher up like DD or Stevo to get something like that accomplished.

The BTB section isn't large enough to warrant a mod. There's a few BTB's in there and a 'discussion' thread where no discussion actually takes place. Why bother assigning a mod when it'd take less than five minutes for a smod or admin to just check it and be done for the day?
Seems like you're just fishing for a mod spot to me.
