Follow those instructions. Just go to Youtube, fine your clip, and enter the code at the end of the URL. An easy way to do it is just copy and paste the whole URL of the video, then delete the "http://www.youtube.com/v/" part.

we have a militray base just north of where i live. infact it's the northen most militray base and city and the world.
