i cant change my sig

whenever i try to change my sig i put this code in [ without the stars ]

[IMG*]http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/4174/checkparisam5.png[/IMG*]

then when i hit accecpt changes it says " BBcode url is not allowed on this forum"

why is that?

help?
