No File-Sharing Section??

OMG!! no file-sharing section on M-D?? what am i seeing!!! sorry for being that idiotic. all i want to say is that i think there should be a file sharing section in the forums. in my opinion an entertainment based forum without a file sharing section is like a rainbow with a color missing. and afterall, file sharing is my speciality section. admins and mods, plz think about it.

Uhh.. do you mean like movies, tv shows, etc? because there is definitely one of those.

Show us what you can offer in the multimedia section first and then we'll consider putting one in if the content is popular.

dont mind joe.... but i'm not actually interested in multimedia related content. i have heeps of softwares in my computer which i would like to share with others. thats why i was asking for the forum where i can put up my sofwares and even try to fill the requests that other members might make.

As I said make a request thread for your idea in the multimedia forum and share what the people want...

If it's popular we'll put up it's own section but right now we don't really have a calling for shared software on Monks.

Yeah, there aren't many media whores here at Monks, thus the lack of crazy ass File Sharing.

I do enjoy posting media though (mainly just stuff I like to watch and recommend), so it's there if someone wants it.

I have Microsoft Word. It's pretty rare so there's probably a big demand for it. If anyone wants to "share" that I'd be more than happy to upload it for them. But only if they're willing to "share" Excel.

I may be closing all Media soon anyway.

I am looking into doing some major upgrades with search engines and shit and its a HUGE copyright infrigment to have any of this stuff on a site.

Who knows. I am undecided at this point.

It's not like anyone really uses the media section besides me anyway.
