We should really just get everyone to sign up for one of the actual fantasy leagues next season. It'll save you the bother of keeping the scores and it'll be better in general in my opinion.
In actual fantasy leagues though, everyone can have the same players, it makes it better when we can't imo.
Not imo.
In an actual fantasy league, when everybody can pick their ideal team rather than just the best of whats left, it makes it more fair and is a better indication of who can pick the best side.

Well i did do a fantasy league for this season but only a few signed up.

Do it again next season and it'll be more successful. Quite a few of the people here now wouldn't have been here at the start of the season. You should get a decent amount of people next time round.
