Ibra Extends Until 2013 And Signs €12m A Year Deal - Reports
Inter striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has signed a new contract extension at Inter which will see him play at the club until 2013 and he will earn €12m per season, becoming the highest paid player in Europe in the process, according to Sportmediaset...
The news means Ibra will become Europe's hishest paid footballer ahead of Milan star Kaka and Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo.
The hit-man's previous contract was set to expire in 2012 but the club have extended it and they have increased the player's wages by an extra €3m per season starting from this year.
Sportmediaset claims that the new contract has already been sent to the Lega Calcio offices even though the club has not confirmed anything yet.
The Sweden international has been outstanding for the Nerazzurri and he has been rewarded for his contribution to the side. Inter welcome Genoa to San Siro on Sunday afternoon and Ibra is certain to start against them.
The Beneamata are flying high in Serie A as they are in firm command at the top of the table. The striker is coach Jose Mourinho's 'Special Star' and the Portuguese coach will be delighted with the out come, knowing he can rely on Ibra to do the business for longer.

Kaka & Messi are the best in Europe imo. I dont say World because i dont see any football outside of Europe & Internationals. Ronaldo & Fabregas would be next on my list. Not sure who i would put at Number five.

Anyway, it makes sense that Inter is rewarding productivity. Ibra has been insanely efficient recently.
