Why? what have they done this season? nothing.
Man Utd. pld 8 won 6 drew 1 lost 1.
the six matches they won, they were supposed to win. if they didnt ferguson would have been in trouble. all six of those teams are in the bottom half of the league. the only top half teams they played, they have taken one point from six. a draw against newly promoted Reading (6th place). the only game they lost, is the only big team they played. utd were expected to win and they went in and lost to arsenal.
utd fans keep saying they are going to win the league cause they are top right now (excluding chelsea vs pompy today). wait until you play chelsea in november, you will get trashed.
if gerrard plays tomorrow, liverpool will win. if he doesnt utd will win by the odd goal or it will be a draw.

just my opinion anyway.

Agreed, But IMO no team at the moment can have braging rights, alot of the good teams have all played the bottom table ecept for the Arsenal Man. U game. Rooney is way out of form, I know people say he just got back from an injury give him a chance, but I think its time now for him to get back with things and start playing like he used to, the injury exuse isnt an option anymore. Fergie made a horrible move last year by beanching Vanislroy, now they have lost him, he is doing great at the moment for Madrid. But its really to early in the season for teams to have bragin rights untill you have played a moajority of the games. just IMO

need more dave? how about, that was the only top team man utd have played? and they lost.

also 5 pts ahead and arsenal have played a game less(wigan so really 2 pts)

you played 8 games, 8 of them yous were supposed to win. you drew against reading (ill comment after tomorrow on them) and lost to us.

you play liverpool tomorrow and im going for a liverpool win, unless rooney can beat liverpool on his own and not in good form himself.

First off i hate arsenal but they have played better then us so far this year but TBH it dont matter because we have picked up the points and are doing well. This year i said that man.utd will win the league not because there my team but because chelsea have to many big name players and arsenal have 5 good games and then one really crap one, where as man.utd seem to have 5 ok games and get points in 4/5 of them and then play great.

I know i will be the only person in the world to say this but arsenal are a better team with out henry, in the end of the day the table does not lie and atm we are the best team but the question is for how long?
