Semi Finals are upon us as Manchester United take on AC Milan tonight and Chelsea battle Liverpool tomorrow night in the first legs.
How do you see things playing out?
For me Man Utd will be lucky to get away with a draw tonight. It'll probably be a score draw, which will mean Milan taking the advantage into the second leg back at the San Siro. United have too many injuries to key defenders to hope for a clean sheet. Tonight may be a case of we'll try and score more than you.

Re: Champions League: Who's Going To Athens?
My record of footie predictions is horrendous, but here goes!
Man U just have too much on their plate and far too many defensive injuries to get past Milan. Their only hope, for me, is if Scholes, Ronaldo, Giggs and Rooney all have complete blinders in the forward areas and take apart an aging Milan defence. Milan only have this to go for this season, which also doesn't help United.
It's similar with the other semi, Liverpool have long only had their minds on this competition, they've been able to rest players up and plan properly. For me, as well having the 2nd leg at home, this gives them the advantages. Chelsea looked very tired on Sunday. They are also missing Essien and, possibly Carvalho, for the 1st leg. These are big losses for them.
It's a repeat of Turkey for me, this time in Athens, next month with a Milan-Liverpool final which, if it's half as fine as the last one was, is okay with me.

Re: Champions League: Who's Going To Athens?
Agreed, thoroughly excellent match.
Funny that Ronaldo wasn't really much of an influence other than the first deflected goal.
In midfield, United took over but only after Gattuso departed. It will be pretty significant if he is okay for next weeks game since I think his departure changed the course of the match.
Scholes was incredible after that. What's the betting though (with him on one yellow) that if Man U get to the final he'll miss it yet again by being booked in the semi 2nd leg!!
What the hell was Evra doing on Kaka's second goal? That guy is so hit and miss, most of the time he looks great, but then he goes and does something stoopid!!

Quality match last night. I did get a bit worried after Kaka scored his second goal, but Gattuso’s injury early in the second half I feel changed the game. Milan have world class players in their starting line up, but the players they have on the bench are no where near them in terms of quality. Scholes, Carrick and Fletcher all stepped up their game after that and Milan were rocked. United had most of the ball and chances second half and arguably could have scored more.
Next weeks game is set up brilliantly. Milan have the 2 away goals in their favour, and with Evra out, it looks like United will be struggling to get a fit back four out again. And yes I can see Scholes picking up another silly yellow card, which could rule him out of the final… if they do make it.
Hummmmm my thoughts now change to tonights match. For me this has 0-0 written all over it. It'll be like a game of chess, no one will want to make the wrong move so they'll be cautious.
Did anyone see the press conferances bothe Rafa and Jose had this week? Mr Mourinho was up to his old tricks again, gotta love him and his outspoken views.
I turned off after 10mins of the second half to watch the apprentice. It was okay, but a typical Chelsea vs Liverpool game. It'll be interesting now to see Liverpool having to actually go after a team. 1-0 is not an awful result for them, I believe they can still turn it around, but Chelsea should be strong enough to go through the the final.
