Sheffield United goalkeeper Paddy Kenny is expected to be out for up to three weeks after suffering a groin strain in Saturday's 1-0 victory over Arsenal.
Kenny pulled up early in the second half while taking a goal-kick but a scan later confirmed the injury was less serious than first thought.
Manager Neil Warnock said: "Paddy has had his scan and there's good news.
"There is no tear, it is a strain, and Paddy is going to be out for two to three weeks."
Warnock remains on the look-out for short-term cover for current number one Paul Gerrard as Ian Bennett is also sidelined at present with a broken finger.
