I don't think City will make it though. They've actually let themselves down the last few games.
Not counting games against newly promoted teams we are 11 points better off than we were in the same games last year.
Blackburn(a) 2 points better
Portsmouth(a) 3 points better
Arsenal(h) 3 points
Aston Villa (a) 1 point better
Wigan(a) 1 point better
Fulham(h) 1 point better
Games against Utd and West Ham brought out the same result.

Yeah but that's hardly surprising. Everybody knows you're going to do a lot better than last year (it'd be fucking diabolical if you didn't considering the spending). You have to be damn good to get into the Champions League though.
All I'm saying is you looked imtimidating at first but the last couple of draws were both fairly poor results.
Long way to go of course and we've not been great ourselves.
