What player or even players if you like out there that haven't really recieved proper recognition yet, do you feel will rise up to be big stars or just very good players?
For example, when Cristiano Ronaldo first came over he was fucking awful and people felt that he was a wasted transfer during his first season and then it just went up from there and he ended up becoming the mot expensive player on the planet.

Well he has gotten quite a bit of recognition already tbh but he's only 20 and has just made it through his first season, or most of the season because he didn't actually cement his first team spot until about 10 games into the season.
He played his first international game against Wales last week and got a hat-trick. He is a fantastic player now and has been a huge part of our team this year and has lots of time on his hands. He is only going to get better.

Might never be Lev Yashin Version 2.0, but I do think he's going to become one of the best GK's in the world. Football Manager made me a bit of a fan, but he impresses me every time I see him play. Its not like he's unknown, but the list of accopmlishments at this point in his career is astounding. Basically, there is no other keeper his age who has accomplished as much right now.

Sure you're not just saying that because he's Welsh? Seems quite a coincidence lol.
No, I wouldn't want to give such high praise to an Arsenal player lol. But he is a cut above anyone else from what i've seen. Under Wenger he can only get better, it's only a matter of time before he's a regular in the first team.
Actually it's pretty apparent that people have been taking more notice of Jack Wilshere than Ramsay and it just so happens that he isn't Welsh. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Aaron Ramsey is going to be the best midfielder in Europe in a few years.
I was saying the same thing about Micah Richards becoming the best defender in Europe just a few year ago.
If he gets the chance Jack Wilshire could become a fantastic player and I like the look of Dan Gosling at Everton. Looking at my beloveded Man City we have a Slovakian kid called Vladimir Weiss who ripped Johnny Evans apart in a World Cup game recently, if he gets a chance at Eastlands he will become our next star.
When I first saw the title of this thread I thought it was about Brock Lesner.

I'd never heard of that Weiss guy before that game. He did cut Evans apart (Evans was playing left back to be fair to him, which he hasn't done for some time, and he looks much more comfortable at centre-back), but Weiss had a very good game whilst destroying our World Cup hopes.
