In what way? I think Chelsea are technically favourites, but I personally think it will be Manchester United and Liverpool as the top two again. United have lost Ronaldo but signed Valencia and Owen and will still challenge. Liverpool lost Alonso, but signed Aquilani and Glen Johnson. They'll probably challenge for the title. Arsenal have lost Adebayor and Toure and could struggle, while Man City are desperate to break into the top 4 and have spend a crapload of money, signing Tevez, Adebayor, Toure, Santa Cruz, Gareth Barry... think that's all.

If you want to know about other teams just ask, but there are plenty of sites you can use to keep up to date with what's going on, transfer news, squad lists, results etc, such as:

Sentanta is pretty much your best bet for Prem matches over here. Goal TV carries a lot and you get Prem HL, but not actual Prem matches. Great for the Bundesliga, La Liga, etc.

Watching matches on the Net or downloading torrents afterward are good options, and cheaper. Sentanta is $15 a month here.

FSC shows a good bit of the games in the season. Setanta is way too expensive, 15 dollars for one channel.
