Do you have players names on the back of your teams shirts? Or do you have your own name and number on the back?
If so, which players have been lucky enough to grace the back of your shirt?
Me – I’ve stopped buying shirts regularly, and I don’t tend to have names on the back of them. However when I was younger I did have a name on the shirt from time to time.
Here’s the shirts I’ve had with names on:
Man Utd:
11 Giggs
17 Cole
7 Beckham
Barcelona:
10 Ronaldinho
This is not exclusively for football/soccer... it can be any sport.
Giggs 11
Beckham 10
Beckham 7
Van Nistelrooy 10
Solskjaer 20
Smith 14 (lol)
Rooney 10
Ronaldo 7 (the last 3 shirts)
Some of those were on away shirts. I had my own name on a couple too. I think Giggs, Beckham, Smith and Ronaldo are the only ones I've had on home shirts.
No idea who to get next.

Every year I buy the new Juventus shirt. I always try to get a name in the back too, without it, it's not the same.
These are the jersey I have (the ones I remember).
World Cup '06 Italy white: Totti
World Cup '06 Italy white: Del Piero
World Cup '06 Italy blue: Totti
World Cup '06 Italy blue: Del Piero
Italy Euro '08 white: De Rossi
Italy Euro '08 white: Del Piero
Italy Euro '08 Blue: Del Piero
Around 10 Roma jersey, most of them with Totti in the back, but some with none
All my Juve jerseys have Del Piero in the back...around 10 as well.
Also, have a Portugal early '90s jersey with no name, a Leafs '94 jersey with no name and a bunch of other Italy jerseys from different years with no name.

I got Barton when he was a promising youngster, Kinkladze was there at the wrong time, if he was there in the Keegan era at City he would have shone even more.
Also I missed out 22 Dunne.
