I personally think it's great that UEFA have moved future CL finals to the Saturday rather than midweek. Although it seems more traditional to have the final on the wednesday night, I think its great to have the final on a day when most people can go out and celebrate if they win it without fear of having to get up early the next day.
I had an exam yesterday so if we'd won I wouldn't have been able to celebrate it.

I'm not a fan.
I can see the commercial and logistical point of view from UEFA and for the fans, but personally I like the midweek matches. It will certainly get some getting used to.
My friends and I have made it a little event of ours, going out for the night on Champions League Final. It'll just end up being a normal Saturday night out from next year.

It's going to feel odd alright but i guess it makes sense. A lot more people can watch and enjoy it on a Saturday than on a Wednesday. I have no complaints as of now, but that may change when we are playing Barcelona on a Saturday to win our third of four trophies around this time next year.

From a personal standpoint, yes. I have to take time off of work to be able to watch the match live. Which has become a bit of a tradition for me over the past six years. But it would be easier if it was a weekend.

It's ok. We'll just have to see when it comes around. It's purely a commercial move, but i don't think the traditional touch will be lost entirely. A bit weird, but actually a bit surprised that it hasn't already been made a Saturday.

There is no harm in trying new things, if it doesnt work then move it back. The TV figures worldwide will explode considering its usually on an early Thursday morning in Asia and Oceania and the Wednesday midday in South and North America.
