What im asking is are you going to use the team for anything in the end? Like for example, FIFA, PES, FM etc or will it just be something to kill time over the summer?

The reason this came about, is last week I sent a pm to Dmac musing that instead of the Ronaldo v Whoever threads, that we should go through each position and decide who was the best.

From there, it evolved into us creating a team, giving ourselves a high ceiling (budget), and then debate who we would want on our team.

With the offseason here, it sounds like a fun way to keep convos going. Who would we want on our team, whose worth the $$$, whom would play well together etc.

So its a fun way to debate over players, rather then just comparing them to Ronaldo.

However I agree completely with all of that, it is just a fun way of keeping conversations alive with all the different aspects. I'm not going to factor in which league this team would be in because it is just imaginary. So which players would play best in what league doesn't really come into it.
