Paulo Sousa has been unveiled as Swansea City's new boss.
The two-time Champions League winner flew back to Wales on Monday after discussing the situation with his family in his native Portugal.
The former Queens Park Rangers manager signed a three-year deal to become Roberto Martinez's successor.
Sousa said: "The club needs to be above everyone - the individuals, players, staff, the manager, everyone. This is our target. This is our philosophy."
He added: "What I expect is the same commitment from everyone, the same quality from everyone and more than this, the will to keep fighting. for the club."
Lol happy Phantom?

Cardiff chairman Peter Ridsdale has issued West Bromwich Albion a hands-off warning over City manager Dave Jones.
Former Southampton and Wolves boss Jones is among the favourites to replace Tony Mowbray, who left the Hawthorns to take over at Celtic.
St Johnstone boss and former Albion player Derek McInnes has also been linked with the vacant post.
"Dave Jones as far as I'm concerned seems to be very happy here," Ridsdale told BBC Wales.
"He tells me he is happy but if any employee, whether they are the manager or players, are unhappy I don't want to keep them.
"He will have to decide if and when the hypothetical question of him going somewhere arises. I've had no contact from West Brom or any other club. I don't expect Dave Jones to leave."
Ridsdale admitted in 2007 that Jones almost left the Welsh club to Championship rivals West Brom before Mowbray replaced Bryan Robson.
Crickey, there might not be much left in Cardiff after the summer even if only half of the rumours are true. Some fans don't like Dave Jones, but I honestly think he's the best City could have at the moment. It would be sad to see him leave, as he's done a good job for Cardiff. I don't see him moving this summer, especially not to a club in the same league. However if he doesn't get to the play offs next season, it could be time for him to move on.
I can understand why your old man isn't best pleased. Hardly an inspiring choice for WBA.
Okay, he's done reasonably well in his first season at MK Dons, getting them to the play-offs and that, but WBA needed a manager with experience of taking a side up. The Championship is such a competitive league, clubs need experienced managers to guide them through the season - not ones barely 50 games into their career. I hope it works out for the Baggies, as they are a club I like.

Well when you look at it, it really isn't the best option that they had and it's a huge risk to throw him into the deep end but I personally do see him doing well, he is the type of manager that was a great player and doesn't have to earn respect now because he will already have it. Having a manager that the players respect is always good.
