Glen Johnson should be starting, after that there still aren't many better RB's than Neville in England tbh.
They're fairly short of quality strikers too. An unfit Defoe, and a not starting Emile Heskey look like the best options beside Rooney obviously. Pretty poor.
I guess 4-5-1 with two wide players, an attacking midfielder aka Gerrard and two more holding like Barry and Carrick would work quite well actually. Doubt Capello would do that though but meh.
You're playing two nothing teams anyways.
