What is the single worst decision you have ever seen go against your side? It could be one that really annoyed you and/or proved extremely costly to your team, or it could just be one that was an easy decision to make but was inexplicably botched.
Actually to even up all the biased posts, we should talk about the worst decision to ever go in our team's favour too.

Celtics first champions league away game we were drawing 2-2 in the Stadio Delle Alpi (spelling?) lets face it if we drew that we probably wouldn't on the away curse that has loomed over Parkhead since. Basically Nicola Amoruso goes down with no one near him really and Joos Valgaeron was adjourned to have found him and the Italians had conned their way to victory.
Also, Uefa Cup final 2003 Porto dived all over the place and dived their way to freekicks etc... never got a major decision but that was hard to take a major final with all the diving antics they used. Probably hardest to take this one.
For Celtic - Aberdeen got a last minute goal chopped off last season when there was nothing wrong with it, subsequently Celtic needed to win all their final games to give themselves half a chance to win the league. Celtic won that game 1-0, Rangers dropped points the second last game of the season and Celtic won their last game and Rangers lost again and Celtic made it 3 in a row.
The Pedro Mendes - Roy Carroll situation in the Man Utd vs Spurs game was just ridiculous.
this happened 2 weeks ago against a franchise team the FAI set up to put our club out of business. About 55 seconds in, the ref apologised after. Who knows what the foul was for.

Playing Sheffield Wednesday at home a few years ago in a relegation six-pointer, we had a corner, which went straight in, and our players went off to celebrate, with the Wednesday players ready to kick off again. Whilst we were celebrating, the ref gave Wednesday a free-kick for god knows what, and let them carry on with the game, whilst we were celebrating next to the linesman. The linesman said nothing to our players, and Wednesday went down the other end, 11 on 3, and scored the winner, which sent us down.
I could go on and on and on, but that has to be the single worst decision I've ever seen.
And as has been said, the refereeing in the Celtic/Porto game was shocking, with a player called Derlei (I think), diving all over the place from minute one.

In terms of importance it has to be the Scholes offside against Porto in 2004. We were 1-0 up through a Scholes header at Old Trafford having lost 2-1 at the Dragao, when Scholes popped up with another goal to put us in control midway through the first half. BUT WAIT! THE FLAG IS UP! Replays showed that Scholes was CLEARLY onside, and that decision resulted in Porto equalising, Mourinho's ridiculous dance down the line, Porto winning the Champions League, Mourinho being called the "special one" and being named Chelsea manager, and Chelsea winning the league 2 years in a row.
How typical of Mourinho's luck that he only won the CL because of a terrible offside call in the first knockout round. Porto shouldn't have even been remembered in that CL, but instead they go on and win it, and NOBODY mentions the decision.

Against us was easily Rooney's dive for a penalty. Campbell was nowhere near him. That loss killed our confidance and it took us ages to recover.
For us was Pires' dive during the Unbeaten run. I think it was against Pompy. It was 0-0 at the time and he got us a penalty which we scored and went on to win 1-0 and keep our run going.
