Chelsea produced a spirited defensive display to stop Barcelona from scoring in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final in the Camp Nou.
The Spanish league leaders enjoyed plenty of possession, but struggled to create many clear-cut chances.
Thierry Henry forced Petr Cech to save and Bojan headed over from two yards, before Cech stopped Alex Hleb's effort.
Chelsea almost nicked a goal as Didier Drogba was foiled by Victor Valdes, while Michael Ballack headed just over.
But Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink will be delighted with his side's defensive fortitude in keeping a clean sheet - a feat not achieved by any visiting side this season.
It means the Blues will fancy their chances of reaching a second successive Champions League final when they meet in the second leg at Stamford Bridge next Wednesday.
Didn't live up to be honest, hopefully the second leg will...

Barcelona are overrated. Whenever they come up against TOP sides (the English ones) they can't break them down. I thought Chelsea were fairly comfortable.

Well Barcelona only had 1 big chance really, and Chelsea had 1 too which was just as good. Barcelona were the same as they were against us last season. Lots of possession but no penetration.

I thought some of the passing on show especially first half was a joy to watch to be honest.
Thing is when Chelsea play defensively they do it better than most, the second leg was always going to be the better tie, almost always the case. We were spoiled with the quarter finals really.
That was their main trouble, they had all the possession in the world with a far superior pass completion rate. So they looked dominant but always crumbled at the last.

Yeah Bojan and Eto'o were surely favourites to score with the season he is having, easier chances than Drogba's one. Dani Alves, Hleb and Henry also brought smart saves from Cech. He played well tonight and deserves the praise after all the stick he has been taking recently.
