Chelsea will be without the suspended Ashley Cole and injured Ricardo Carvalho in Barcelona.
Portugal right-back Jose Bosingwa is likely to cover for Cole at left-back, while Alex is expected to continue with John Terry in central defence.
Barcelona have no injury worries, with Henry set to return to the starting line-up having come off the bench in Saturday's 2-2 draw at Valencia.
Andres Iniesta will revert to central midfield alongside Xavi.

Manchester United will be missing defender Gary Neville for Wednesday's Champions League semi-final first leg.
John O'Shea could be preferred to Rafael De Silva and fit-again Wes Brown at right-back, while Ryan Giggs will hope to make his 800th club appearance.
Arsenal's Mikael Silvestre looks set to overcome a back injury to compete with Johan Djourou for a place in defence.
Gael Clichy and Robin van Persie are both out but hope to return from injury in time for the second leg.
Manager Arsene Wenger knows that his defence will be crucial in the club's bid to avoid a fourth successive season without a major trophy.
"I believe the only serious new problem we have is Silvestre, he has a back spasm and is 50-50 for Old Trafford," he said.
Left-back Clichy will not recover in time from his back injury.
"He could be back for the second Manchester United game. He has a scan. We'll go from there. He has a chance to be back in full training next week."
Better news for the Gunners is that centre-half Djourou is fit again following a knee injury which kept him out of the 3-0 quarter-final second leg victory over Villarreal.
