Manchester United and Tottenham face each other for the fourth time this season, and the first since the Red Devils' penalty shoot-out victory in the Carling Cup final at Wembley on 1 March, when they played 120 minutes without a goal.
Liverpool make their first visit to Hull's KC Stadium knowing that victory would see them knocking defending champions Manchester United off the top of the table for the fourth game running, just minutes before the Red Devils host Tottenham in the Saturday tea-time kick off.
Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink is setting his sights on a Champions League/FA Cup double, having effectively conceded the Premier League title to Manchester United after Wednesday's goalless home draw with Everton. It was only the second time in eight top-flight games the West Londoners had failed to win under the interim manager.
Bolton manager Gary Megson will assess the fitness of defenders Ricardo Gardner and Danny Shittu before naming his starting line-up. Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor is winning his battle to be fit for the match after suffering a calf strain. Otherwise, Villa are unchanged as they look for a first win in 11 matches.
Everton , who held Chelsea to a goalless draw in an FA Cup final dress rehearsal at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night, take on Manchester City on David Moyes' 46th birthday.
The Hawthorns plays host to a relegation six pointer between almost-down West Brom and not-yet-safe Sunderland, who are playing their 300th Premier League fixture and 150th on the road.
Fulham play Stoke in the Londoners' 300th Premier League match, chasing a highest ever finish in 102 years of league football, eclipsing their ninth placing in the 2003-04 Premier League campaign.

Arsenal, who've scored four goals in each of their last two league games, defend the Premier League's longest unbeaten sequence of the season (19 matches), against a Middlesbrough side, who could suffer a club record equalling 10th successive away league defeat.
Blackburn, who've not finished lower than 15th since their return to the Premier League in 2001, are in grave danger of being relegated for the second time from this league.

Newcastle boss Alan Shearer thinks the support of the St James' Park crowd could make the difference in keeping the Magpies in the Premier League. The Magpies lie second bottom and host Portsmouth in a crunch clash on Monday, Shearer's fourth game in charge.

Gerrard is still struggling with the groin injury which has ruled him out since the first leg of the UEFA Champions League defeat to Chelsea earlier this month.
The midfield dynamo was an unused substitute in the 4-0 win over Blackburn and failed to figure in the two 4-4 draws with Chelsea and Arsenal.
Reds boss Rafa Benitez has admitted the trip to Hull has come too early for Gerrard, but is confident the England international will be back for the home clash with Newcastle on May 3rd.
"He is not fit and won't be available. I think he will be available next week because he's improving, but this game is too soon," Benitez told the club's official website.
"The rest of the team is available - we have a full squad."
Come on you Hull!
Beat Spurs and we're nearly there imo.
