As a player I have always loved Quaresma since first seeing him for Sporting Lisbon and since then he has been moved around several clubs.
From Sporting to Barca, where at Barca he could have been big but refused to play under Rijkaard and was immedietelly send back to Portugal but this time with Porto.
At Porto is where he really began to flourish again in his football and play the way he can and attracted the attention of Inter Milan, where he was sold in 2008 under manager Roberto Mancini, and everything seemed to be going well up until Mancini was sacked. Mourinho didn't seem to like him as a player and left him out of his Champions League squad. Following that he made a deadline day loan move to Chelsea.
I was very excited when I heard of the transfer to Chelsea and I thought it was one of if not the coupe of the day but again through no fault of Quaresma's, he suffered at the hands of another managerial change and has only played 4 times for Chelsea since January.
I feel that he is the kind of player that could play in any team in the world and it is baffling me to why some manager don't seem to like him. I would welcome him into the Liverpool lineup.
Would you have him?

I'd have him if Ronaldo left, and in fact when Ronaldo was so heavily linked with a move last year, I wanted Quaresma. Even if Ronaldo stayed I would love to add Quaresma to the squad actually. He is a phenomenal talent who is capable of things nobody else can do. I don't know why he is so often out of favour with managers, although it must be said that he was pretty poor for Inter. He was voted worst Serie A player of the season so far in a poll, so he must have been bad. Its not all a case of managers not giving him the chance.
Definitely a wasted talent though. Just needs to find the right club. So far he has only been successful in his homeland.

He has only been fully successful in Portugal but he was starting to shine for Barca when he fell out with Rijkaard, he could have done very well there and I still don't know what the falling out was over but hey that was years ago now.
Jose obviously doesn't want him but maybe the new manager that comes in after Hiddink leaves will want to keep him?

Well currently he is only on loan. It is not beyond the realms of possibility that Mourinho will leave at the end of the season, so if that happened the new Inter boss may want to recall him. If Mourinho stays, I can see him being sold, but whether he will be sold to Chelsea I have no idea. It all depends on who comes in, so its impossible to say at this point.
If the Ancelotti rumours are true, I can't see him wanting to sign Quaresma on a permanent basis.

I can't see why not to be honest, Ancelloti is a smart manager and he must have seen him for Inter, sure he wasn't great but how long was he given to prove himself? We both know that it sometimes does take a player a season to settle in properly.
