Rio Ferdinand has been included in the Manchester United squad that travelled to Portugal for Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final second leg.
He missed last week's 2-2 draw with Porto because oone who likes the same sexroin injury.
But the 30-year-old England international will partner Nemanja Vidic in the centre of United's defence if he is passed fit for the second leg.
Anderson and full-back Rafael da Silva, who have both been carrying injuries, are also in the squad.
United are aiming to become the first English team to beat Porto on their own ground.
Villarreal will be without influential midfielder Marcos Senna for this week's Champions League return leg with Arsenal because of injury.
The Spain international, 32, limped out of Saturday's 2-0 defeat by Malaga with a hamstring problem.
It is not known how long Senna will be sidelined but the Villarreal website states he will miss Wednesday's game at the Emirates Stadium.
Senna scored Villarreal's goal as they drew the first leg 1-1 with Arsenal.
The Primera Liga side could be severely under-strength in midfield, with Santi Cazorla an absentee and wingers, Cani and Mati Fernandez, also doubtful.

Hmm I'd say:
Chelsea 1-1 Liverpool (4-2 agg)
Bayern 2-1 Barcelona (2-5 agg)
Arsenal 2-1 Villarreal (3-2 agg)
Porto 1-1 Manchester United (3-3 agg, Porto through on away goals)
Ours is pretty hard to call though. We are definitely capable of winning, but it will be difficult.

Re: UEFA Champions League preview and live discussion: 14/4 & 15/4
Chelsea 2-1 Liverpool (5-2 agg)
Bayern 1-1 Barcelona (1-5 agg)
Arsenal 3-0 Villarreal (4-1 agg)
Porto 0-1 Manchester United (2-3 agg)
Theres my predictions.
As a neutral and no particular favour in any of the sides Barcelona probably being my favourite I am just hoping to see the kind of quality games we saw in the first leg.
I am playing football tonight so will only get to see first half of the game at the Bridge but I'll probably watch it on ITV later.

Well obviously you don't KNOW anything, no one does. (Other than Fergie who picks all of the results at the start of the season. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. )
It's just discussion Tom, I'm just saying that, yes it was at the Nou Camp but they completely dominated the first leg from the the first whistle and there is no saying that they wont do that again, even at the Allianz.

And I'm not disputing that it could be the case, but I just think they'll take their foot off the gas. Messi isn't playing apparently, and they know they're through anyway. Bayern are good at home too.
