Brazilian star Kaka has hinted that he will seek a move to the Premier League if he leaves AC Milan.
The skilful playmaker was strongly linked with a record-breaking transfer to Manchester City in the winter transfer window, but a switch failed to materialise.
Kaka, 26, has been playing in Serie A for six years, since signing for Milan from Sao Paulo in 2003, and admits England's top flight is a tempting destination.
He said in the Daily Star: "I like the Premier League a lot, so maybe that would be my choice if I leave Milan.
"Whenever I can, I try to swap experiences with my friends playing in other countries and leagues.
"All the players that I've talked to that play in the Premier League, or used to play there, say it's a tough league - tough, very fast and competitive."
He's 26 now, does he not want to try his hand at the highest level while he is in his prime years? I don't want some washed up Kaka coming over at like 30-31.

Interesting choice in teams, the only team out of the big 4 to win the Premier League, a team that has represented England in the UEFA cup in passed seasons and a team that has beaten you this season.
So their struggling, so what? When one team struggles another takes their place.
I can honestly say yes.

I never take quotes like that too seriously. Its usually a journalist from <insert country> that asks the question to Kaka's face "would you like to play in <insert country> some time?". The polite answer is usually yes i admire the league greatly. Saying that i wouldnt dismiss that he would actually like to play in England.
There is no higher level than the World cup behind that is Champions League but week in week out Dmac is correct the English league is probably most competitive.
Although if your not playing any of the top 4 is it really the most competitive? Sure the top 4 dominate the champions league but if you look at the teams who enter the Uefa Cup who are usually 5-8th best teams in the league they never get anywhere near dominating that competition. Last team to get to the final of it is Liverpool if my memory serves me correctly.
If the premier league was as dominate as they make out surely they should be dominating both competitions.
EDIT- Gouldinho is correct its only him saying he admires the league really. Not saying he wants to leave Milan at any point in the near future.
Well you've gotta understand that some managers simply don't take the UEFA cup seriously.
A fine example is this season where Martin O'Neil basically sacrificed the UEFA cup so that he could get Villa to finish 4th and no that hasn't paid off at all but it just shows that he didn't care about the competition. Finishing 4th and qualifying for the Champions League is a higher priority.

Well the UEFA lost credability when it changed to the current Group format, and now they are changing the format again. The Premier League overall is more competative than Serie A, and is a completely different style of football.
Kaka could walk right into the starting line up of any team in the world.
