Britain's David Haye will challenge Wladimir Klitschko for his IBF and WBO heavyweight titles on 20 June.
Following around four months of protracted negotiations, contracts were finally signed on Wednesday evening.
The venue is "90%" certain to be in Germany, Haye said. "It is not nailed yet, but everything else is agreed."
The 28-year-old Londoner, a former undisputed cruiserweight world champion, has only fought as a heavyweight twice before.
Wladimir's manager Bernd Boente said he had had "four different venue offers in Germany", which he had whittled down to one, and three more within Europe.
"I'm so pleased we've finally managed to get this fight on," said Haye, who has won 22 of his 23 fights, with 21 knockouts.
"Klitschko's last opponents were cowards and I will knock him out and take his belts back to London.
Yes yes, knock him the fuck out Haye!

Haye has proved that he is powerful enough in my eyes. Sure he has only had one fight at HW up to now but his fight against Barratt showed an excellent pairing of speed and power. I think he's powerful enough but even if not surely he will just be too fast for him.

Its really a case of who lands the first big puch. Both guys have power but both have questionable chins. Its a very similar fight to Haye-Macarinelli.

It will be a similar fight but Klitschko is a higher class of opponent. Wladimir has been knocked out by a couple of bums in the past though. Still, Haye needs to be wary.
The Haye-Macarinelli was an interesting one. I would have liked to have seen the end result if it was Enzo who had thrown the first massive punch. I think however Haye is in a completely different league to Macarinelli but I suppose thats a different issue.

Well it's also uncomparable because of the fact that, that fight was in the Cruiserweight division, this fight will obviously be at Heavyweight. It may take a tad of speed away from Haye, but it puts more weight behind his punches and even with a little bit of speed taken off he will still be too fast for Klitschko.
What I would love to see is, him take out Wladmir and then go after Vitali.
