Wolves have signed Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood on loan until the end of the season.
The Championship leaders have brought in the former Nottingham Forest and West Ham star to bolster their attack for the last six games of the campaign.
The terms of the deal specify that after the first 28 days of the loan Villa can recall the 29-year-old with only 24 hours' notice.
This season, Harewood has appeared only 15 times for Villa, scoring one goal.
Harewood joined Villa in July 2007 for £4m but has never been more than a fringe player. The arrival of Emile Heskey in January limited his chances even more.
Well Wolves have completely dried up on the goals front and at this point they really can't afford to have that happen. This should help a lot, Harewood is a decent Premiership striker, he should be deadly at Championship level.
