"I don't think anyone likes it. Wembley should only be used for the final."
David Moyes doesn’t like it, but do you?
Do you think that both of the FA Cup Semi Finals should be played at Wembley? Or do you think it should be played at neutral venues in England? (aka Villa Park and Old Trafford, since they’re always used!) Or maybe even at a home venue of one of the participating clubs?
Personally, I don’t like the semi’s being played at Wembley. It takes away the special feeling of the final. From a bias point of view, I’d like both semi’s to be played at the Millennium Stadium. It’s both a neutral venue, and a special occasion for the fans. Most fans enjoyed a trip to Cardiff for Cup Finals past, plus it would keep the trip to Wembley for the final as a specail occasion.
I had a few friends make 2 trips to Wembley last season with Cardiff City. They all said they loved the first visit, since it was something new, but then going back a month or so later for the final meant that what was supposed to be a special occasion, had been spoilt a little, because they were going back to a place they’d been weeks before.
Going to Wembley should be something special in cup competitions and should be reserved for the final.
It's the FA's own doing and its just so they can recover the costs.

Yeah, I'm totally against this. My Dad and I were talking about it the other day actually. Completely takes away the special feeling surrounding the final.

My suggestion would have been the Millenium Stadium but you already covered that, so i dont really have anything else to say other than i agree with you.

Wembley is there for a reason. For showpiece games, eg Finals. It should not be used for Semi-Finals, or any other round. Unfortunately, they're being held there to cover the huge cost of actually building it.
When my team (Millwall) reached the Cup Final, we played the Semi-Final at Old Trafford, and the Final at Cardiff. If we would've played both games at Cardiff, it would've ruined the occasion.
